From plan to handout – no detour

A lot still needs to go on the board or be sent out as a PDF. Instead of laboriously copying content into a text document, the Print Center creates clean templates straight from your current data. You choose a template, adjust the filters, and print or export as PDF.

Templates for every purpose

Among the options are the program for a single meeting, a chairman’s worksheet with room for notes, a compact weekly overview, a monthly overview, the field service groups with overseers and members, a role overview, and a meeting-point schedule for the Field Service Meetings.

Made for paper and toner

For each template you can choose the style: plain black and white that saves toner and ink, subtle accent colors for good readability, or full brand colors for a representative handout.

Always current

Because the templates are generated from the real plan data, they reflect the latest state. If an assignment changes, you simply print again – without maintaining a separate document.
