Manage Outgoing Public Talks and Speakers
Everything about a talk in one place
Speaker, date and time, destination congregation, topic – an outgoing talk is set up in one step. You find the destination congregation via the integrated jw.org congregation finder, and pick the topic from the talk outline catalog or enter it freely. Internal notes are visible only to the speaker and the planners.
See conflicts before they happen
A talk can be marked as “Blocks own weekend meeting”: the speaker counts as unavailable for that weekend, and the badge in the list is a reminder not to also assign them to your own weekend meeting. So double bookings show up while planning – not on the weekend itself.
Speakers stay informed
Every outgoing talk automatically appears in the speaker’s personal plan, reminders included. And for the folder, the print center offers the “My plan: outgoing talks” template.
Keep the overview
Filter by time period, speaker, destination congregation, or topic – the list shows how many entries match, and even with many talks it stays visible who speaks when and where.
