Command Palette – Search the Whole App
One bar for everything
Instead of navigating through menus, you open a central bar with ⌘K (or Ctrl+K), start typing, and immediately find what you need: a person, a meeting on a given date, a meeting point, or a feature such as “print” or “change language.”
Finds what you mean
The search understands fuzzy input and synonyms and suggests useful entries even before you type – such as recently used items or what fits the current context. A date takes you to the meeting, a name to the person, a place to the meeting point. Only what your permissions allow is shown.
Faster with shortcuts
If you plan a lot, the keyboard gets you there quickest: save, close, or confirm with a shortcut, plus quick navigation that switches between areas in two keystrokes. A built-in overview lists all available shortcuts.
With your thumb, too
On a phone you reach the search through the magnifier and use it full-screen. So quick search on the go is just as easy as at your desk.
