One message reaches everyone

Whether it’s a reminder about a special meeting or a change in the field ministry: an announcement in CongPlan reaches the whole congregation – no paper slips, group chats, or mailing lists. Everyone reads the same version, in one place.

More than just text

Announcements can include images and links. With an expiry date they disappear automatically after the deadline – the list stays short and shows only what currently applies.

Nothing slips through

New announcements appear on the home screen, and an unread indicator in the navigation shows how many are still waiting. What has been read no longer counts – so it’s clear at a glance whether something new is there.

Ready for the meeting

In the “Conduct meeting” flow, the closing announcements appear right next to the program and notes. Whoever conducts the meeting has everything current in front of them – without switching between apps or papers.

Clearly regulated

Only those with the corresponding permission can create and edit announcements. Everyone else sees exactly what they should: the messages themselves.
